At MobilityPlus Wheelchairs, we want you to feel as confident in your fashion choices as you do in your mobility. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
